Standard Despatch & Delivery

Orders received by 3.30pm Monday to Friday – will be despatch the same day on your selected delivery service.
Weekend orders are despatched on a Mondays .

Bank Holiday orders usually take a little longer than the times mentioned above because our couriers do not collect or deliver on bank holidays so please allow for this.

Colour kits are mixed to order and thus can take longer to dispatch depending on the mixing scheduled which is on a first come first serve basis.

We use Parcel Force for our UK mainland delivery. All deliveries with Parcel force require a signature. For a guaranteed delivery option select our pre-10am service or our Saturday special delivery. Our 24 hour and 48 hour services are not guaranteed however 95% of all orders on these services arrive within the allotted time frame.

We are only able to offer a delivery refund for failed deliveries on our Pre 10am or Saturday special delivery options.

Europe

We are unfortunately currently unable to offer European deliveries, due to a reclassification of our kits. We are working very hard to rectify this situation and get the service up and running again as soon as possible. Returns

In the very unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Tubbyuk, you may return unused goods in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product purchase price excluding shipping costs.

Return Exclusions
The following goods may not be returned for refund or exchange.

  • Colour kits – each colour kit is made to order. We highly recommend that colour sample cards are requested before any colour kit purchase.
  • Any kit that has been opened and partially used.

Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong item in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier to return goods. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Please include in your return, your full contact details, including name & address, order ID number, original credit card receipt and a daytime contact telephone number.
